What does it feel like to be Sales Director?
On a personal level, it’s a feeling of accomplishment. I’ve achieved something that I never thought was possible. On a professional level, it represents that’s we, as a team, are making a difference to other people’s lives. Leading a team of dynamic new Executive Sales Managers feels amazing. I love and believe in them all so much and I’m inspired by them each day.
You’ve climbed the ladder very fast. What do you think your secret is?
Give it your all, dream it, believe it, live it – and don’t give up! Learn from the leaders in this business and immerse yourself in an environment of successful mentors. I had a lot of doubt for a very long time, however, my Manager Adam Buechner believed in me and wouldn’t let me give up. The secret is to believe in others, even when they don’t believe in themselves. That’s where the real difference is made. I don’t see it as a job, you have to love what you do. Collaborate with your team because there is no ‘I’ in team.
What are you most looking forward to doing at this level?
To build a stronger business, I’ll be booking more workshops, sponsoring more VIPs and people who want to earn some extra money, sharing our beautiful naturally enriched products and helping others achieve what they want in their Nutrimetics Journey. I am so excited to show other young people in their twenties that driving a BMW, being taken to a magnificent destination like Hayman Island all expenses paid and dining at five star restaurants decked out in designer clothes (with my new diamonds) is totally do-able.
What’s the most exciting thing about your new Sales Director rewards?
I have ordered my BMW X3 and I cannot wait for it to arrive! It’s like a fairy-tale, I never dreamed having a brand-new luxury car was possible, especially not in my twenties. I’m so excited to receive my $3,500 diamond ring, just for doing what I love! The Tiffany ring I brought with my Executive Sales Leader bonus is on my finger every day. It’s the most cherished piece of jewellery I own, so I’m ready to add in another. I’ll also spend the bonus spoiling my team, family and friends to a beautiful three course meal at the Calile Hotel Restaurant Hellenika, as a thank you for supporting me throughout my journey. I’ll be saving most of the $12,000 bonus to put towards buying my first property.
How has the journey to Sales Director improved your life?
I went from struggling to pay my rent to being able to pay my bills effortlessly. Now I’m living on my own with my adorable fur baby Cookie and buying myself beautiful designer clothes. I will now have the income to buy my first home, to go to the next Tony Robbins seminar, to travel interstate to visit my family more often and to go back to London to visit my friends. This isn’t a business that limits you, it’s limitless. I have watched my best friend (Adam Buechner) do it, and now I’m following in his path because he has shown me that it’s possible.
Any tips for Managers who want to step up?
Work with your team and encourage them daily. Put on your best smile even when times are tough and dedicate time to building your business. Build rapport with your customers, Consultants and your Leaders. Be an inspiration for them, be generous and giving and set challenges to support them – with steps that you know will help them to achieve their goals. Do you think you will still be doing as many workshops at SD level? I will be doing more! I want to continue to build a really strong business with exceptional growth. I will do more and more workshops to share my journey with other people, so I can show them that it is possible to have an extraordinary life. I really love learning new techniques and styles and creating new make-up looks. I want to inspire people to explore their creativity with make-up and colour, so they can then share these skills with other people and instill confidence in others.
Do you think you will still be doing as many workshops at Sales Director level?
I will be doing more! I want to continue to build a really strong business with exceptional growth. I will do more and more workshops to share my journey with other people, so I can show them that it is possible to have an extraordinary life. How do you think you’ve changed and grown as a person?
I am more patient that’s for sure, it’s a learned behaviour! I have become passionate about self-development and recently completed Tony Robbins’ ‘Unleash the Power Within’ virtual seminar which was 50 hours over four days – and it was absolutely incredible! I now know that small changes can bring massive results. The little things aren’t little – they’re everything. The details will be the driving force for your business to reach the next level.
Anything else you’d love to share about your amazing journey?
